Patterdale Health Walks (PHeW!) is an open and independent walking group formed under the umbrella of the Natural England "Walking the Way to Health" Initiative.  We meet every Tuesday at 2 p.m. either at the Patterdale School (CDC) or the Glenridding Public Hall.  All our Leaders have completed the Natural England Volunteer Walk Leaders training and at least two Leaders are on each of our Walks.  All the Health Walks are low level walking, risk assessed and last approximately one hour.    Anyone is very welcome to join us -  come along on any Tuesday just before 2 p.m.
