Full boundary walk begins at Glencoyne, over Helvellyn to Kirkstone Pass and then returning via High Street and Place Fell (30 miles and 10,000ft of ascent).

The half boundary walk covers the second half of the full walk and begins at Kirkstone (14 miles and 3,500ft of ascent).
